A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received goods equivalent to the sum of KRW 5,960 from the victim and acquired them by deception from him, and from that time to 08:35 on the same day, received goods equivalent to the sum of KRW 265,340 in total six times in the same manner as indicated in the attached crime list from the same day, and acquired, stolen, and used the lost debit card.
