[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On February 7, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and the judgment was finalized on February 15, 2013.

A served as the president of the business office and the president of the Gwangju metropolitan business office of the Co., Ltd. from May 201 to June 2011. F is a person who is engaged in waste collection and transportation business, etc. under the trade name of “P”, and Defendant G was a person who operated a civil engineering and construction enterprise under the trade name of “P”, and Defendant H was a person who engaged in waste collection and transportation business, etc. under the trade name of “R”.

1. In order to reduce the cost of treating inorganic sludge, which is a commercial waste generated in the course of the production of aggregate, Defendant A, while working for each of the above places of business, was sentenced to treating the inorganic sludge by reclaiming it in the farmland, etc. of Gwangju-si, not legitimate waste disposal facilities.

Accordingly, from May 201 to June 201, the Defendant carried out, using Qous truck operated by G, a total of 31,167 cubic meters of household volume (25 tons truck 3,463 cubic meters) 31,167 cubic meters of household volume (25 tons truck) arising from the foregoing Gwangju City’s business office located in Gwangju City, as shown in attached Table 1, from May 201 to June 201, and buried it in the farmland located in Gwangju City.

In this way, the Defendant, in collusion with G, buried commercial wastes at a place other than those permitted, approved, or reported.

2. Defendant B is working as the above place of business and generated in the course of production of aggregate.
