Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on August 17, 2012, the Defendant argued the issue of the Victim E (the 39-year-old) and the mother-friendly support by telephone in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Building 202, one’s house, and tried to bring the victim into the front of the Defendant’s house by putting the Defendant’s house in a knife (the knife No. 1, the total length of 33 cm, the knife length 20 cm) and waiting for the victim as a convenience store.
