1. On November 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 04:59 on November 22, 2013, at the D convenience store located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) around 02:00 on the same day, the Defendant took a scambling for the police officers belonging to the E zone using the “Korea calle system” (in the absence of any telephone content for three seconds, a system that automatically reports the departure of crime to the E zone unit) to drink the police officers belonging to the E zone; and (c) the employees of the convenience store “I are waiting for a police officer to get off the match convenience store and send out the general flag (G) installed in the above convenience store.
