1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (forest) from around 08:00 on July 17, 2014 to around 17:00 on the 22th day of the same month, in the forest land owned by the victim D clan C located in the Dong-dong city from around 08:00 to around 17:00 on July 22, 2014, the Defendant called for a police officer who received a report of his/her residents to steal the total sum of KRW 27,00,000 in the mountainous district of KRW 47,00,000 on the part of the victim’s possession and received a report

As such, the Defendant attempted to steal pine trees, which are produce, from forest.

2. A person who intends to cut standing timber in a forest violating the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act shall obtain permission from the competent Mayor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant written indictment from 08:00 on July 14, 2014 to 17:00 on the 17th day of the same month stated the date and time of the crime as “from 08:00 on July 17, 2014 to 17:00 on the 22th day of the same month.” However, in the process of the police investigation, the period during which the Defendant was engaged in the work by cutting down pine trees and bamboo, etc., during the police investigation, is deemed to have been written from 08:0 on July 14, 2014 to 17:00 on the 17th day of the same month (the 22th day of the investigation record), and thus, the Defendant is corrected as above.

The indictment is written in the cubic volume of KRW 289,767 in total (in the case of pine trees: 48,560 won x 5.956 cubic meters x 5.956 cubic meters x 10,400 won x 0.527 cubic meters x 0.524 cubic meters x 0.527 cubic meters x 0.527 cubic meters x 0.527 cubic meters, however, it is written in the indictment in the case of a 0.527 cubic meters x 0.524 cubic meters x 0.524 cubic meters, since it is written in the report on standing timber (the investigation record 46 cubic meters) in consideration of the fact that it is written in the report on standing timber (the investigation record) in the case of

considerable amount was cut.

3. Violation of mountainous district management;
