Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to cut standing timber or extract or gather forest products within a forest violating the Creation and Management of Forest Resources Act shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, or the head of a local forest office as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 10, 2018 to April 25, 2018, employed a man-child without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, and saw the 99m2 in a machine saw.

2. A person who intends to temporarily use a mountainous district for the purposes of creating forest roads, work roads, forest products transportation roads, forest paths, such as mountain trails and forest paths, or other similar mountain paths in violation of the Management of Mountainous Districts shall report such fact to the head of the relevant forest in relation to the mountainous district of state forests, and to the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu in relation to the mountainous district of a forest other than national forests;

Nevertheless, from April 10, 2018 to the 25th day of the same month, the Defendant temporarily used the preservation mountainous district of 5,100 square meters by creating a work route using the digging season in YY B, C, and D, and without reporting it to the competent authority.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act provides that a provisional payment order shall be issued.
