A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was suffering from depression and alcohol dependence, the Defendant committed the following crimes under the influence of alcohol, under the influence of alcohol, with lacking the ability to discern things or make decisions.

1. Around October 21, 2014, the Defendant threatened the victim D (Woo, age 61) in E, E, which is operated by the victim D (Woo, age 61) in Masan City, with the Defendant’s entrance under the influence of alcohol, and without any reason, the Defendant threatened the victim by saying, “Wook, the same year of weather, the finite, and the knife in the knife.”

2. Violence;

A. On October 21, 2014, around 19:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim FF (year 42)’s head to restrain the above behavior on the front road of “E” as indicated in paragraph (1).

B. On October 21, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant committed the crime set forth in paragraph (3) above on the front of the bus stop located in G in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, and assaulted the victim H (16 years of age) who was nearby the crime, with a view to any reason.

3. The Defendant, at around 20:00 on October 21, 2014, committed an indecent act by force by force on the part of the victim I (the 54 years old)’s chest at the bus stops listed in B(b) as follows: (a) the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim I (the 54 years old) by hand.

4. On October 21, 2014, around 19:50, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s performance of official duties; (c) obstructed the Defendants from K (38 years of age) having been reported to D before the J District; (d) obstructed the Defendants from committing the crimes described in paragraph (1) from K (38 years of age); and (c) obstructed the Defendants from committing the crimes described in paragraph (b) around the bus stops at the vicinity of the designated bus stops; and (d) obstructed the Defendant’s drinking twice by drinking; and (e) caused the Defendant’s chest of L (29 years of age) who is a policeman belonging to the J District 29 years of age to close it once more; and (e) cut the clothes of the wall in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment to L; and (e) caused a spawling of the chest that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time injured the victim K and L.
