Punishment of the crime

1. At around December 29, 2019, Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct, around December 29, 2019, destroyed another’s property by having the victim F, who was parked in the place under the influence of alcohol in front of the “E” restaurant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., in his/her hand, cover repair costs by keeping the victim F’s G Obba, which had been parked in the place above the “E” restaurant.

2. Defendant B, on December 29, 2019, at around 12:44, the main point of “I” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant: (a) received 112 report to the effect that fighting had occurred; and (b) took a call to the police station located in the Ulsan-nam Police Station J District of the Ulsan-nam Police Station that recommended the Defendant to receive medical treatment from the fire brigade members; and (c) took a breath to the police officer of the J District of the Ulsan-Namnam Police Station, that “I are not aware of cexprisia, hum, and h,” without any justifiable reason, and obstructed police officers’ lawful performance of duties regarding the handling of reports by assaulting K’s chest by her hand.

3. Defendant A and Defendant C expressed their desire to arrest a flagrant offender of this case upon receiving 112 reports at the time and place described in paragraph (2) as stated in paragraph (2) and processing the case and obstructing B’s performance of official duties. Defendant C expressed to K “scambling, scambling, scambling, and scambling.” Defendant C expressed to L who belongs to the Jannam Police Station Division of the Ulsannam Police Station of the Ulsannam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City: “I scambling, scambling, scambling,” and Defendant C put the above words of “I scambling, scambling,” and Defendant C conspireded L who want to restrain the above Defendant C’s obstruction of performance of official duties, thereby obstructing the police officer’s body and obstructing his/her performance of duties, and thereby obstructing the investigation and treatment of his/her faces body and face.
