Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2013, at around 09:00, the Defendant driven a BS car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.125% of alcohol level at approximately 500 meters from the point near the Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the front road of the 360-dong transit 360 meters.
