1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from October 1, 201 to September 19, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. The Minister of Knowledge Economy, who belongs to the defendant, shall bear the responsibility to pay insurance proceeds based on an insurance contract as an operator of postal insurance business dealing with the life or bodily injury of the insured in a communications agency as an insured accident pursuant to Articles 3 and 4 of the Postal Savings

B. On June 3, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into a disaster relief insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) between the Defendant and the Defendant, with the Plaintiff as the insured, and the Plaintiff as the beneficiary.

C. Major contents of the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “instant terms and conditions”) are as follows.

Article 12 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) A communications agency shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured during the period of insurance:

3. The amount of the insurance proceeds due to holidays and death: When he/she dies due to a disaster (hereinafter referred to as "disaster") prescribed in attached Table 2 (Disaster Classification Table) that occurs on holidays;
