The crime of interference with business of the defendant, the crime of intimidation against the victim C, and the crime of intrusion upon residence shall be punished by imprisonment for two months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for property damage in Seoul Western District Court on October 27, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 4, 201, and is still under probation.

1. On March 14, 2012, around 18:20 on March 14, 2012, the Defendant suffered obstruction of the performance of official duties and damage to public goods: (a) at the office office of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Do Tax Office, E, who is a public official of DNA Tax Office, asked the Defendant by telephone due to the issue of reporting the closure of business at around 17:30 of the same day; and (b) on the ground that E, who is a public official of DNA Tax Office, asked the public official F and E, “I of the same age, spathh”; and (c) off public official G, public official G, “I will show his/her son and son.” While public official H, I, etc. were present, public official H and I, etc. were collected on the floor of the office, was putting him/her up with a computer monitor on the upper floor, and tightly damaged his/her body.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by public officials, and at the same time damaged the total amount of 966,300 won, such as five chairs used by public offices and computer monitors.

2. On March 14, 2012, around 19:10 on March 14, 2012, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, who was arrested and investigated in the act of committing the crime under paragraph (1) at the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo District District District District, and was using a written statement as to the facts of the damage under paragraph (1), such as the victim I’s dynasium and the left side of the left-hand side and the dynas blood species requiring treatment for about 14 days.
