A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed the crime of October 6, 2017, through an open gate around 11:00 on October 6, 2017, which was in front of the residence of the victim D located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and infringed on the house, and 50,000 won in cash, which was owned by the head of the west-gu, the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On November 20, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on November 20, 2017, via an open gate around 10:50 on November 20, 2017, to the house of the victim F located in Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, for the first time in the residence of the victim F, and had 70,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

3. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on November 22, 2017: around 11:30 on November 22, 2017, the Defendant intruded the victim H (VE) located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City by its windows to the house of the house of the victim H; and the Defendant had two gold half of the market price of the victim located in the said place and one hundred and sixty thousand won in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

4. On December 1, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:07 on December 1, 2017, opened a door door on the part of the victim J located in Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, and intrudes into the house. The Defendant had a merchandise coupon equivalent to KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.
