A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 20:30 on August 18, 2018, 2018, went into the house of the victim D located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B apartment C; and (b) 10,000 won in cash owned by the victim; (c) 10,000 won in rice with the market price unknown; and (d) one box in 10,000 won in rice with the market price unknown; and (e) one box in bruma.
