A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1, 2, 4 through 9 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On April 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on March 19, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal Facts] Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the psychotropic drug handler (one clopon; hereinafter “copon”).

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On June 12, 2019, the Defendant purchased 750,000 won of philopon from D and 750,000 won of philopon from D, within the vehicle of the C neighborhood in Gumi-si B, Gumi-si.

B. At around 20:20 on June 26, 2019, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won of philopon from the above D before toilets located in Gumi-si E, with approximately 1.4g of philopon, and purchased 50,000 won of philopon to them.

C. At around 13:30 on June 27, 2019, the Defendant purchased 50,000 won of philopon from the above D, after receiving approximately 1.4 g of philopon from the above D., 50,000 won of philopon.

On July 5, 2019, the Defendant purchased 10,500,000 won of philopon from the sales volume of philopon, which was known through “G,” from the sales volume of philopon to “G,” and purchased 2,50,000 won of philopon to that.

E. At around 01:00 on July 8, 2019, the Defendant purchased 2.5 million won of philopon from a philopon sales book near H department store in Seocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, by taking about 10g of philopon contained in the relevant sylphone sales book, and purchasing 2.5 million won of philopon to her.

2. Attempted sale of phiphones and sale of phiphones.

A. On June 12, 2019, at around 20:10, the Defendant received KRW 700,000 from the purchaser of the penphone (G conversation name: K) known through “G” and sold 0.7 g of the penphone to him/her.

B. On June 27, 2019, the Defendant was on the Nam-gu L, Ulsan-gu, a new wall-sapon.
