A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
피고인은 수년 전 서울시 종로구 B빌딩을 방문하면서 아래 각 피해자 운영의 사무실 출입문 잠금장치가 벌어져 있고 느슨하여 빳빳한 종이를 문틈으로 밀어 넣으면 잠금장치를 열 수 있다는 것을 알게 된 것을 기화로 사무실에 침입하여 재물을 절취하기로 마음먹었다.
1. On January 7, 2013, at around 00:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in the “D” Internet shopping mall office operated by the victim C in the above 625 B building; (b) placed in possession of the “D” online shopping mall office; (c) opened a yellow bank and brought about KRW 300,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was in possession of the victim for committing a usual crime, by inserting the lock door door in the entrance door cresh; and (d) ruptureed the locking system, and

On January 19, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant infringed on the “F” online shopping mall office operated by the victim E in the above B building by means of the same water method as that of the preceding paragraph, and then brought about the property equivalent to KRW 2,500, the market price of the victim’s possession on the book, 2,500, and 2,700.
3. On January 21, 2013, at around 00:00, the Defendant went to the same place as the above paragraph 1, and opened a yellow bank, which was affected by the same water method, and brought about KRW 297,000 in cash owned by the victim.
4. On January 28, 2013, at around 00:00, the Defendant invadedd by the same water law in the same place as above 1, and subsequently opened a plastic shot box on the books and brought about KRW 50,000 in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes another person's structure at night over five times in total and damages.
