1. The Defendants’ respective KRW 500,000 per annum from March 7, 2018 to October 21, 2020, respectively, to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form (including the changed causes of claims); and
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Amount of consolation money: The particulars and frequency of the Defendants’ writing writing, the degree of mental suffering that the Plaintiff would have suffered, and all the circumstances shown in the pleadings of this case, including the Plaintiff and the Defendants’ age, shall be determined at KRW 500,000, respectively.
