According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, since it is obvious in light of the rule of experience that the plaintiff who was suffering from the defendant's emotional distress due to the defendant's comments, was suffering from the mental distress, the defendants have a duty to resist this in money.

Furthermore, with regard to the amount of consolation money, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money as KRW 500,000, respectively, in consideration of all the circumstances shown in the arguments in the instant case, such as the health team, the reasons and contents of the Defendants’ writing writing, the frequency, the degree of mental suffering that the Plaintiff would have suffered, and the age of the Plaintiff and the Defendants.

Therefore, the defendants are individually entitled to consolation money of 500,000 won and each of the above amounts to the plaintiff.
