Reasons
1. Basic facts
(a) the real estate No. 1 and 2 in the separate sheet No. 1 and No. 2,902 (hereinafter referred to as “M before subdivision”) in the Gyeonggi Ethical Group M
The P land divided as above was divided into the N No. 127 of August 10, 1954; O No. 106; P No. 2669 of August 10, 1954; and P land divided as above was divided into 1956
6. Pop 20. Pop 20. Pop 905 and Qop 1,746 were subdivided, respectively, and divided Pop 905 was subdivided into Pop 137 Pop 11 November 1968 and R Pop 786.
On the other hand, the NN No. 127 of the Gyeonggi-gun divided as above was divided into the N No. 113 on November 11, 1968 and the 14 on the road. Since then, the name of the administrative district was changed, the size was converted, etc., the real estate No. 1 listed in the attached Table No. 1 on the Gyeonggi-gun's Schedule (hereinafter "the real estate of this case") was the real estate No. 1, and the 14th on the Gyeonggi-si SP road of this case was the real estate No. 2 listed in the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter "the real estate of this case").
2) The Defendant is the former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 31 of June 21, 1949, which was then repealed by Act No. 4817 of December 22, 1994; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”).
Pursuant to C, each purchase of M land before subdivision was made from T, and as at the time of the distribution of the said farmland, the prop of the pre-divisioned land was written as T with the address in Gyeonggi-do, and W was distributed in the redemption ledger for Gyeonggi-gun P. The former owner is written as “X,” and Y was distributed the said land in the redemption ledger for Gyeonggi-gun Q. The former owner is written as “X,” and the former owner is written as T with the address in “X.” According to the distribution farmland register for the Z, the former owner is written as T with the address in “X.” According to the entry in the distribution farmland register for the Z, AB and C are written as T with the address in “A,” and the owner’s column for N, S’s each closed land register is written as T with the name of the address in “O, P, and Q, and also the owner’s column for each closed land register.
