Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On November 1, 2019, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 4 million at the Jeju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 28, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) by driving the Ewing-III truck from the 570-meter section to the Docher in the front of the DNA charging station at Seopopo City, from the Do in Seopo City, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.173% of the blood alcohol level without obtaining a driver’s license at around 22:50 on July 28, 2020, and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

2. On September 3, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 45 km from the front of the Defendant’s dwelling in Seopopo City F without obtaining a driver’s license on September 13, 2020 to the front of the G apartment at Jeju.
