Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the above detention center on December 9, 2017.

On September 19, 2018, around 10:30 on September 19, 2018, the Defendant opened a gate, which was not set away from the victim’s wife, in front of the victim’s W, and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

On August 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch on August 20, 2017, and completed the progress of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on December 9, 2017.

On September 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 01:58 on September 19, 2018, the Defendant saw the victim Z (the age of 57) Z (the age of 57) in front of Y in the Suwon-gu, Busan, to sit on the table of the victim’s Z (the age of 57) Z; (b) he saw the victim to go out of the house; and (c) saw the victim’s face to go out of the house; and (d) saw the victim’s face and body beyond the floor to go out of the house, he saw the victim’s face and body to go out of the house for about three weeks.

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant sentenced four months to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of extortion at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, Busan District Court's Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on December 9, 2017.

The defendant was in the family relationship with A, and the father of the victim AB (the age of 61) is the victim A, and the victim AC (the age of 19) is the male-child of A.

1. On August 26, 2018, the Defendant, in response to the withdrawal, entered the house of the victim AB located in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan Government on the ground that he/she did not allow the victim to teach with AD, and requested the victim to leave his/her house on several occasions, but did not comply with the request without justifiable grounds.
