Reasons
Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 201, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment of 4 years and 30,000 won for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence in the prison on November 28, 2014.
Criminal facts
1. Around October 23:37, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen the cosmetic operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. Around October 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door using a shot; and (b) intruded into the shot, and carried a 350,000 won cash 40,000 won in face value and KRW 350,000 in face value; and (c) carried a 100,000 won check.
