Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B are relatives.

No one shall arrange, solicit, induce or coerce sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to engage in commercial sex acts in collusion with “C” on July 6, 2017 (the 87-year life) in a manner that: (a) around 01:30 on the following day ( July 7, 2017), the Defendants came to know of female D (the 87-year life) through “C” (the 1219-Gu Office Office E Officetel E-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, and promised to take 1.50,000 won for the price of commercial sex acts and to take 1.50,000 won at one time by using the above women’s vehicle to arrange commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic.

Although it is a crime of arranging sexual traffic with an opportunity, it is necessary to strictly eradicate the act of taking sexual traffic as a means of money punishment, and sentence the same punishment as the disposition is imposed in consideration of the need to strictly eradicate it.
