Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A on January 4, 2008, the Seoul High Court sentenced 2 years and six months of imprisonment for murder, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on January 12, 2010.
1. On May 19, 2012, the Defendants’ co-principal defendants are colored at the “E market auction place” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul.

2. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct
A. (1) On May 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around 18:00 on May 17, 2012, 201, stolen the victim J, at around 18:00, the market value of which was 1,30,000 won, to be sold by the victim J before the said E market I.
(2) On June 17, 2012, the Defendant committed the crime, around 06:14, on June 17, 2012, stolen one of the three hundred and thirty hundred and thirty thousand won (1.3 million won) of the market price in the face of the victim L in the above E market K by using the cre influence of the victim L before the above E market K.
(3) On December 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen, around December 21, 2013, KRW 400,00,00 from the following stairs of the said E market MM, the Defendant: (b) stolen the Defendant’s red-ciring powder of KRW 400,00,000 at the market price.
B. Around 02:00 on July 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) examined whether there was a stolen article by entering a victim’s Pcarren vehicle parked on the road side of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 493-7, the Bupyeong-gu Facilities Corporation; and (b) did not commit an attempted crime.
C. A special larceny Defendant is the E market at around January 25, 2014.
