Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. The Defendants’ joint crimes are marital relations.
Defendant
B Around 15:15 on February 17, 2015, a traffic accident (hereinafter “instant accident”) occurred that meets the left-hand part of HM3 vehicle, which was proceeding on the right-hand side of HM3 vehicle, while driving the rocketing car and driving the intersection in front of the G restaurant located in F in the Daejeon U.S., at the bar of the candle park.

B knew that it does not deal with insurance in a state without a driver's license, the fact that Defendant B was driving, despite being driven by Defendant B, was conspired with Defendant A to receive the insurance due to the occurrence of an accident while being driven by Defendant A, who was on board the Chief, and Defendant A received a false insurance policy with Defendant A, stating that “the occurrence of a traffic accident was occurred while driving the victim KB non-life insurance, the name of the victim KB employee of the victim KB accident insurance, and the name of the employee of the victim who was a member of the victims modernly insured by Defendant A.”
The Defendants conspired to induce the victims as such, and the Defendants received KRW 1,487,300 on March 2, 2016 from the Commercial Reinsurance Co., Ltd. in the modern Sea, and received KRW 3,438,00 from the Victim KB Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on March 5, 2016, and acquired KRW 4,925,30 in total as insurance proceeds.
B. Defendant B driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license at the same time and place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph.
2. Determination
A. In order to be found guilty of the facts charged in the instant case against the Defendants, it should be recognized that Defendant B driven a rocketing car on February 17, 2015 without obtaining a driver’s license and at around 15:15,000, around February 17, 2015.

B It is admitted as evidence that it seems to have driven a rocketing car at the same time and at the same place.
