A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant subscribed to several insurance policies under the name of C and the Defendant, and subscribed to insurance money by claiming insurance money from an insurance company as if they were in excess of the mountain.

Accordingly, around February 25, 2016, the Defendant and C subscribed to the accident insurance for the victim Samsung F&T Co., Ltd. on or around February 25, 2016, the Defendant and C subscribed to the accident insurance for the victim Samsung F&T Co., Ltd. on or around March 3, 2016. On or around March 3, 2016, the victim Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. subscribed to the indemnity insurance for the victim Han F&C on or around March 4, 2016. Around March 4, 2016, the victim Hyundai GG Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd subscribed to the insurance for non-payment under the name of non-payment health of the MG non-payment health corporation on the same day, and subscribed to the health insurance as one of non-payment dividends of the AIA life insurance company on or around March 14, 2016.

On April 25, 2016, the Defendant filed an accident report with C, along with C, to the effect that the Defendant exceeded the victim’s modern commercial reinsurance (state) for the victims.

However, there was no fact that the defendant got out of mountain or got out of mountain around that time.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with C, inducedd the Victim Hyundai Commercial Reinsurance (State), and received KRW 750,000 insurance money from the Victim Hyundai Commercial Reinsurance (State) to the Defendant’s national bank account in the name of the Defendant from August 22, 2016 through the same method until August 22, 2016, received money totaling KRW 27,528,210 from the victimized Company, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
