1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a non-stop motor vehicle.

On January 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at a level of 04:02, while driving the said car, led to the advanced course of Gwangju Mine to the advanced course of the Gu of Gwangju, and led to the passage of the road next to the KAIST from the middle distance of the Asia to the third-lane of KAIST.
