A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and a fine of five million won, Defendant B imprisonment with prison labor of eight months and fine of three million won, and Defendant C.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants: (a) opened a gambling place of the Defendants: (b) opened an gambling place using the Katoo program called “Memba Ba,” with the Internet gambling site access to the gambling site through that program; (c) opened a gambling place using gambling conditions and amount, etc.; (d) recruited gambling members by soliciting gambling members and receiving money, such as management expenses; (e) from around August 1, 2014 to around February 1, 2016, the Defendants planned to open the gambling place by using the Gatoo program with a considerable amount of KRW 1104 (10 times from November 1, 2015 to the end of February 2016; (e) opened the above Ga to the above Gatoo’s 100-year Office with a total number of members recruitment; and (e) opened the Ga to the above 150-year Office with a considerable amount of KRW 10-year access program for the Defendant and its members recruitment; and (e) opened the Ga to the above 10-year account.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to open a place for gambling for profit-making purposes.

2. On September 28, 2014, Defendant A’s gambling Defendant subscribed to membership in “L”, “M”, and “K,” etc., which are Internet gambling sites in Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul, as of September 28, 2014, and Defendant A’s smartphone use KRW 800,000 under his/her mother’s name.
