Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Opening a place for gambling in violation of the National Sports Promotion Act;
A. From December 2014 to February 2016, the Defendant was working for the first floor of detached houses located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and the Korea Publicity Team staff of the sports gambling site “H” (I) operated by G, and advertised the domain name address, code number, etc. necessary for joining the above site in real time by using J, K, L, and M, “Africa,” which is an Internet personal broadcasting platform, and broadcasted various sports games schedule and results, such as the field, axis, axis, and deaf-gu, and recruited members to gambling. B. From March 2016 to October 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a total account from the operators of four sports gambling sites, such as “H” (I), “O” (Domains), “P (Domains), and Q (R) at the places of Ntel 432 in Seongbuk-si, Seongbuk-si; and (b) received a total account from the operators of four sports gambling sites, such as “H”, “O” (Domains), “P (Domains), and “S (TR); (c) recruited members by publicizing the above sports gambling site through the obscene material site established by the Defendant and J; and (d) conducted sports games in the same manner as “1”.
