1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant K, N,O, and P each of the 1/4 shares in the land of Taecheon-si between October 20, 199 and November 1, 199, for each of the 1/4 shares in Q.

9. He shall complete the registration of ownership transfer by reason of sale on the 20th day of the same month and the 25th day of the same month.

B. On July 11, 200, the said R had been divided into Q. Q. The said R.M. included most of the instant land parts, and on December 22, 2000, the land owned by the State, which included the remainder of the said land, was divided into T.T. land on December 22, 2000.

Defendant K and N share 1/4 of each of the above RR land on December 28, 200, on the ground of the division of common properties as of December 27, 2000, Defendant K and N completed their ownership transfer registration in the future from O and P, and share the above land in one-half shares.

C. Meanwhile, Defendant K, N, and P commenced the new construction of an aggregate building on the ground indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) on July 19, 2000 on the part of the land indicated on the attached sheet among Q 340.8 square meters, each of which they shared at the ratio of 1/3 shares, depending on the division of co-owned properties as of July 18, 200, and obtained approval for use on January 18, 2001.

1. 20. As to the above land, the registration of the right to a site for the above building was completed, and around that time, Defendant K, N, and P sold each sectional ownership of the above building.

N on September 7, 2015, donated 1/2 of the RR land to Defendant L and the same year.

9. The registration of ownership transfer was completed accordingly.

The Defendants purchased the aforementioned S Land from the Republic of Korea on June 16, 2017 and the same year.

8. On November 1, 201, each of the above lands was completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future with respect to one-half shares of each of the above lands. Before the above U, the land was combined with the above V, W and each of the above R and S and each of the above lands was 1009m2.8m2, and the land was re-divided on September 28, 2017.

The land of this case is the same as a certified copy of the cadastral map of the North Korean boundary.
