1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The facts subsequent to the facts of recognition may be found either in dispute between the parties or in the entries in Gap evidence 1, 2, and 4 (including paper numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), together with the whole purport of the pleadings:
On February 7, 1974, F, which was the husband of the Plaintiff, divided the part of the 6,212 square meters of land into the 32,852 square meters of forest E in Busan-gun, Busan-do (the beginning area was 39,471 square meters, and on October 22, 2001, the part of 6,212 square meters among them was I land, and the part of 355 square meters of land into J and K land, and became the current area; hereinafter “instant land”). The registration of ownership transfer was made on January 31, 1974 with respect to the land subject to sale.
B. On August 22, 1997, G and H completed the registration of ownership transfer for L and M with respect to the instant land on July 30, 1997.
C. As a result of voluntary auction for one-half of the instant land out of L’s claim by N, the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, and the P completed the sale of the said shares on February 15, 200 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 14, 200.
P on August 18, 2003, on the portion of 1164065/332590 of the land of this case, P had completed the registration of ownership transfer due to sale on August 16, 2003.
E. M completed the registration of ownership transfer made on February 13, 2004 with respect to the portion of 1/2 of the instant land to Q Q on March 5, 2004.
F. R obtained the registration of transfer from Q on October 14, 2008 for 1/2 shares out of the instant land from Q on August 18, 2008, and received the registration of transfer for 49885/325 of the instant land from P on November 25, 2008 for 49885/33250 of the instant land from P on October 17, 2008, and completed the registration of transfer for 10809/175 of each of the instant land to Defendant C and D on April 16, 2012.
G. Accordingly, the 1164065/332590 of the instant land is the name of Defendant B, and the 10809175/332500 of the instant land is the Defendant.
