Punishment of the crime

The defendant intentionally caused an accident as if he was shocked on a vehicle that he was faced with, and had the above vehicle received insurance proceeds from the insurance company, etc. that was subscribed to.

Ultimately, the Defendant guaranteed to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 77,730 of the Defendant’s medical expenses to the hospital by Hyundai Homan non-life insurance company believed that the Defendant sustained injury by shocking the said car. However, the Defendant was clearly identified the Defendant’s crime due to the foregoing vehicle image, which was recorded the fact that the said vehicle was not shocked but was recorded as if it were intentionally shocked, and was not in a way to give up the insurance company’s demand for the payment of the insurance money and did not bring about an attempted attempt.
