Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had his body intentionally faced with a motor vehicle in operation, and had the completion of the accident as if he suffered from a traffic accident due to the driver’s negligence, and had the driver receive insurance money.

On March 20, 2019, at around 17:27, the Defendant discovered that the “Cmatept Sheet Points” located in B of the Jeonbuk-gun located in the Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, and found that the Efexton Meet car of the Efexton Meeted out on a full scale. Accordingly, the defendant acquired insurance money by an insurance fraud act or acquired insurance money from a third party.
