1. The Defendant’s disability rating disposition (Grade VII 6109) issued against the Plaintiff on August 10, 2017 shall be revoked.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 7, 1968, the Plaintiff entered the Marine Corps and was discharged from military service on September 29, 1971 by suffering from the 4/5 emergency signboard escape certificate (hereinafter “instant award”) while serving the Marine Corps, and was registered as a soldier or policeman on duty under Grade 7, 6109.

B. On January 23, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an application for a re-examination with the Defendant. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant conducted a re-examination on the re-examination and conducted it on August 10, 2017, subject to deliberation by the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement, and issued a disposition on August 10, 2017, that the disability rating was Class 7 6109 on the Plaintiff.
