Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide a fee job placement service without registering with the competent authority.

Nevertheless, from January 1, 2017 to March 17, 2017, the Defendant posted job offer information, such as “D additional service guide counselors,” in the above C’s trade name, on the Internet job-seeking job seeking site, such as “Nmon” (www.amon.com), without registering a paid job placement business at C office operated by the Defendant, which was operated by Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul, B 332, and arranged employment contracts to be established by receiving a resume from the job seekers and sending them to the job offering company, and then, the Defendant provided pay job placement services by receiving fees of 20 to 300,000 won per case.
