A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at Suwon District Court for fraud, etc., and the execution of the sentence was terminated on May 16, 2013 at Suwon Detention House.

The Defendant transferred the ownership in the G name by means of a forged power of delegation, etc. in the name of F, the owner of land C, D, and E (hereinafter “instant land”) in Osan-si, the Defendant intended to borrow the instant land as collateral, and borrowed the name to G to obtain a loan from the instant land as collateral.

1. On April 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested the International Law Office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H to purchase the instant land from J, who is the head of the said legal office, for the registration of ownership transfer; (b) issued a copy of the F’s resident registration number issued in the name of the head of the said Dong in the document necessary for the transfer of ownership, with the document required for the transfer of ownership.

The F’s certified copy and abstract of the F’s resident registration issued as above added the phrase “(K)” No. 15 in the personal information change column to the F’s name and changed the F’s official document by inserting the phrase “(K U.S.)’s 2007-11-11 and 2007-11-16 local immigration cancellation.”

The Defendant, as above, issued a revised abstract of resident registration to the J who did not know that the alteration was made, and exercised it as if it were actually issued.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
