1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the attached Form.

The evidence Nos. 1 through 11-4 of evidence Nos. 1 and 11-4, Hanonono Services Co., Ltd., and the fact-finding results of this court on the Incheon Metropolitan City Facility Management Corporation are insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion, and there is no other proof of the plaintiff.

The plaintiff did not appear on the seventh day for pleading without supplementation of evidence despite the court's promotion of proof.

Therefore, the Plaintiff’s assertion against the Defendants is without merit, and thus, the claim of this case is rejected.
