1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The grounds for the plaintiffs' claims are as shown in the attached Form.

Although Defendant E’s employees paid KRW 62 million to the Plaintiffs, they committed an illegal act in collusion with F to transfer it to a third party who is unaware of the Plaintiffs intentionally or by negligence, thereby causing damages to the Plaintiffs. Therefore, it is a summary that the tort has been established and the Defendant, the employer, is liable for damages.

The testimony of Gap evidence 1-2 or Gap evidence 1-2 and witness F alone are insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion, and there is no other proof of the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' assertion of this case is without merit, and thus rejected.
