A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) lent the name of the Defendant’s father and opened a Handphone in front of the Sungnam-si C apartment 102 guard room; (b) made it possible for the victim D (58 years of age, in front of the Defendant’s father’s seat; and (c) attached the victim’s handphone to several places in the apartment house; and (d) committed an injury to the days of treatment, such as taking the victim’s hand and cutting the head debt toward the stairs by cutting the knife, cutting the knife onto the left part of the wall.
