A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant has been doubtful with the victim B (male, 80 years of age) and about 45 years of age, and the second son has been doubtful with the victim's appearance.

1. Injury;

A. On July 29, 2020, at around 05:00 on July 29, 2020, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s family, such as where the victim was unable to know the number of days of treatment, by taking the victim’s head debt over the floor by putting the victim’s head debt, pushing the victim over the floor by cutting the victim’s head debt, pushing the victim over the floor.

B. On July 29, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around July 29, 2020, at the kitchen in the front of the above residential area, had the victim take a part of the kitchen and face, and had the victim go beyond the floor for the said reasons; (b) had the victim take a part of the victim’s blurging so that the victim could not know about the number of days of treatment by taking the part of the victim’s booms

C. At around 10:00 on July 30, 2020, the Defendant suffered an injury in which the number of days of treatment can not be known by taking the victim’s arms in his/her hand from the kitchen located in the above residence, by taking the victim’s arms in his/her arms, cutting his/her hair, pushing the victim over the floor, cutting the victim’s arms in his/her arms, cutting it over the floor, etc.

At around 16:00 on July 30, 2020, the Defendant: (a) in a kitchen in the above residence, with the victim’s hair, laid the victim’s hair by hand on the floor; (b) divided the part under the chain of the victim with knee, and caused the victim to fall under the bottom of the chain frame of the victim, thereby making it difficult for the victim to know the number of days of treatment.

E. At around 10:00 on July 31, 2020, the Defendant: (a) in a kitchen in the front of the above residential area, in his/her hands for the said reasons; (b) laid the victim’s arms; and (c) laid the victim’s hairs over the floor by taking the victim’s head bonds; and (d) took the victim’s bridge through a generation; and (e) let the victim escape a hole on the victim’s bridge when taking the victim’s face by drinking.
