1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 309,911,390 and the amount of KRW 299,00,000 among them, from July 16, 2013 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 8, and 12 (including each number), the plaintiff loaned KRW 300,00,000 to the defendant on January 2, 2006, and thereafter the due date has been extended on October 2, 2013, and the overdue interest rate has been 14.15% per annum, the defendant lost the due date, and the defendant lost its interest and interest amounting to KRW 309,911,390 (the principal principal amounting to KRW 299,00,000, KRW 3,126,391, overdue interest, KRW 7,784,99) as of July 15, 2013.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 309,911,390 won and 299,000,000 won among them with 14.15% interest per annum from July 16, 2013 to the date of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
