1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,824,042 and KRW 45,062,50 among them, 15% per annum from September 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.

In light of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, the plaintiff extended a loan to the defendant at the interest rate of 15% on May 12, 2011, and at the interest rate of 37,500,000 on March 11, 2015. The defendant lost the benefit due to delay in payment of interest. The defendant lost the benefit due to delay in payment of interest. The principal and interest rate of 46,824,042 won as of September 30, 2015 (i.e., outstanding principal and interest rate of 45,824,042,653 overdue interest rate of 872,653 overdue interest rate of 88,889 won) can be acknowledged.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 46,824,042 won of the principal and interest of loans and 45,062,50 won of the principal and interest of loans, and 15% of the interest per annum under the agreement from September 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
