1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant Two Industrial Construction Co., Ltd, the amount of KRW 787,856,592 and KRW 101,00,000 among them, the amount of KRW 787,856,592.

A. Status 1 of the parties concerned) The Plaintiff’s “A apartment” located in Guang-si B (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) The non-party C-1 District Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as the “non-party C-1 Housing Association”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sells the instant apartment, and Defendant B-1 Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant B-1 Construction”) is a construction company that received and constructed construction works for the instant apartment from the non-party association, and Defendant C-1 Construction Mutual Aid Association concluded a warranty liability contract for the instant apartment as seen below.

B. (2) On July 10, 2009, Defendant 2 had obtained approval for the use of the apartment of this case from the king mayor. Since the Plaintiff, an autonomous management organization of the apartment of this case, the guarantee creditor of the said warranty liability contract, was changed to the Plaintiff.

C. Defendant 2 Construction does not construct the part to be constructed in accordance with the design drawings in the construction of the apartment of this case.
