A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) made a false representation on the Defendant’s resident registration certificate of another person for whom job offer was reported and contacted with the job offer advertisement; (b) opened an account using the forged resident registration certificate; (c) transferred this account to himself/herself; and (d) expressed his/her intention to cooperate with him/her on a daily basis of KRW 100,000 per week.

1. On September 2013, the Defendant forged official document forgery, in collusion with a person who is not aware of his name, sent the Defendant’s photograph to a person who is not aware of his name through e-mail C at the Defendant’s home located in the wife population B, and the person who is unaware of his name forged the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, which is an official document, such as inserting the Defendant’s photograph and personal information of the Defendant in the name column, “D” in the name column, “D” in the name column, and forged and inserted the official seal of the original market in Gangwon-do, using the Defendant’s photograph and the personal information of “D” in the name column, and forged 14 copies of the resident registration certificate, which is an official document, from that time to November 2013, by the same method, from that time, 14 times in total.

2. On September 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) conspired with a person who was unaware of name, received a forged resident registration certificate from a person who was unaware of name; (b) and (c) presented it as if he were actually issued a forged resident registration certificate to an employee of the said Nonghyup who was unable to know his name in the Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-do; and (c) exercised the forged resident registration certificate on November 12, 2013, as shown in the attached Table 2, from that time, until November 12, 2013.

3. On September 13, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with a person who was not the party with his name, used a crypology in the account transaction application form from the Nonghyup-do, Geumcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, No. 1333, Sept. 13, 2013.
