A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:30 on November 26, 2013, the injured Defendant: (a) requested the Defendant to pay money to the victim E (or 44 years of age) who is the former wife in Dnonode “P” room located in Boan-si, Boan-si, Boan-si; and (b) requested the Defendant to leave a singing and leave the victim’s singing; (c) made the victim’s head take the victim’s body by hand, walking the victim’s head from the singing door; and (d) made the victim take the victim’s face from the singing door, walkinging the victim’s hair, facing the victim’s face with the victim’s singing door, and opened the victim’s face, if it is impossible to know the number of days of treatment when the victim’s treatment could not be known.

2.
