Punishment of the crime

1. On November 9, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a Doe-car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 5.5 km in the section of approximately 5.5 km from the front of the Maldong apartment apartment in the Maldong-gu, Gwangjuyang-si at the time of lightyang-si to the Doe-ri 2-lane 11, the same time from the road in front of the Maldong apartment in the same time, to the Doe-ro, the same time, and driving a Doe-car without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. The victim is also the husband of E. The victim.
On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) carried out an unlicensed driving at the above SP Intersection as above; (b) caused a traffic accident involving CCTV for crime prevention set up in India full-scale; (c) left the above car site; and (d) asked E at the Defendant’s house located in the Mayang-si F to the effect that “the Defendant is currently suspended from execution, and so the Defendant would have driven on behalf of the Defendant because he would have driven on behalf of the Defendant,” and caused the above E to feel for a false confession; and (d) called the above E by calls at a broad-scale police station on November 10, 2015 at an irregular place at around 10:30, the Defendant made a false report to the effect that “E caused an accident by driving the above EM car”, and was present at the above police station and made a false statement on November 11, 2015.
Accordingly, the defendant instigated the above E to escape himself who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

1. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (druning without a license) driving a G low-speed car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.126% during blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the restaurant “from sunrise to sunrise,” located in the Donyang-si Donyang-si, Gwangju-si, to the Donyang-si 10-dong Don-dong 10-dong Dondong 200 meters.
