2. We examine the judgment. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when a victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the statement on withdrawal of a complaint submitted to this court on September 19, 2014, the victim F can recognize the fact that the complaint was withdrawn against the defendant. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
