A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was wounded, and the victim F (the age of 20) was wounded, and the Defendant was wounded, and the victim G (the age of 21) was wounded, with the growth management disease belonging to the same military unit. C. On January 1, 2014, the Defendant, at around 19:00, 19: (a) 19:00 in the daily hall located in the military unit, she saw the victim G with a set of TV screen, she sleeped in the bed, and covered the bed, she rhythm for the victim’s body with the Defendant’s hand more than 10 minutes; (b) rhym for the victim’s sexual flag to be pushed back on the part of the victim, she committed an indecent act by force the victim for about 20 minutes while she met the victim.

The defendant continued to exist from the above time to the same year.
