A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant is a foreigner of Sri Lankan nationality who is married around August 8, 2013 to a victim B (n, 11 years of age), a parent of the victim C, and the defendant and the victim are in the matrimonial relationship.

The defendant had a mind to commit an indecent act against the victim by using the fact that the victim's age is poor and that he is unable to resist against him.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on three occasions on the victim who is a minor under 13 years of age and is related to him/her.
