Summary of Grounds for Appeal

Defendant

In light of the overall circumstances of the case A, B, and C, each sentence imposed by the court below on the Defendants (one year of imprisonment, two years of suspended sentence, two years of imprisonment, eight months of suspended sentence, two years of suspended sentence, etc.) is too unreasonable.

In light of the overall circumstances of the case at issue by the prosecutor, each of the punishments sentenced by the court below to Defendant D, E, and F (each of the fines of three million won) is too uneased and unreasonable.

Defendant A’s judgment on the assertion of unfair sentencing on the assertion of unfair sentencing is not contrary to the fact that the past records of gambling crime were seven times or more, and for economic benefit, Defendant A committed the instant gambling opening crime for the purpose of economic benefit; the actual benefit is attributed to the operator of the gambling place; the part of the damage incurred in order to prevent profit or to manage the crime of joint injury committed in the gambling place because the operation of the gambling place is not intended; Defendant B and C are the area where the principal is responsible for the illegal act; Defendant B and C are four times the past records of gambling crime; Defendant C are punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months, suspended sentence two years, probation and community service order, etc.; Defendant A again led to the instant gambling opening crime; Defendant A’s actual benefit as the operator of the gambling place; Defendant A does not intend to operate the gambling place; Defendant B and C did not have any profit as a whole; Defendant C’s motive and circumstances leading up to the crime of gambling and health, and Defendant C did not have any way and circumstances leading up to the criminal case.
