B On June 22, 2011, after being sentenced to six months of imprisonment for habitual gambling in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court, on December 19, 2011, the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Jeonju prison on December 19, 201, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the Jeonju prison. In addition, the execution of the sentence was completed four times of suspended sentence and two times of suspended sentence due to habitual gambling and one time of fine for gambling.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 26, 201, at E’s house located in Yasan-si around 11:50 on September 26, 2011, the injured Defendant was urged to pay 80,000 won of the borrowed money from the victim F (n, 39 years of age) as soon as possible from the victim F. B. The victim’s face was 4 times in two hands, and the victim’s face was 5 to 6 times in two hands, and the left buckbuck sub-chapter was 5 to 6 times in one hand, and the victim’s body was dived by two weeks in two parts, the left buck sub-branch part, the left buck back part, and the two parts of both sides.
